Don't text him things like stop talking to anyone!! Thats a tad possessive no matter who he wants to talk to. Everyone needs the freedom to talk to old friends, how would you feel if he said the same thing to you? Stop talking to that person or it is over? If he really likes you then why does it matter who he speaks to? If him talking to his X really does upset you then simply explain it to him with a WHY and if he likes you that much he will understand, however I don't see why if they are still friends they should stop communicating just for you? you need to understand that people can remain friends after a relationship.

was he flirting with her or did they recently break up? or was he just talking? because if he was just talking you should apologize. you can't control his life. but if he was flirting and they still have feelings for eachother, leave it alone, because obv he chose her over you. he might like you, but he might like her more...

OK well if you tell him to stay away from the ex gf he might think that's a little to much i can understand why he dumped you. he might like the ex more than you maybe its just better this way you need to move on and stop dating for now.
